Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
Language and Diaspora Transmission (LDT)
Language and Diaspora Transmission (LDT) upholds rigorous double-blind peer review standards while maintaining an efficient and transparent editorial workflow. The identities of both authors and reviewers are strictly concealed to ensure objectivity and ethical integrity throughout the evaluation process.
Stages of the Peer Review Process
The journal employs a rigorous two-stage review process:
- Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief assesses the manuscript's alignment with the journal's scope and checks similarity/plagiarism requirements (e.g., via Turnitin).
- Double-Blind Review: At least two independent experts evaluate the manuscript. During this stage, the manuscript status is marked as "Under Review".
- Revision: Authors are notified once reviews are complete ("Required Reviews Complete") to address the reviewers' feedback and improve the manuscript.
Peer Review of Referred Papers
For manuscripts referred from supporting journals, editors may decide to accept, reject, or request revisions based on existing reviews. Additional external reviews may be sought where necessary to ensure the highest academic standards are met.
